I’m into long distance running and enjoy a protein smoothie as a reward for a run well done.
My typical smoothie consists of a superfood powder blend, vegan protein powder, one banana, kale, almond milk, small dab of almond butter and ice.
What’s in your smoothie?

I'm the one in here who formerly confessed to the bland, disgusting horror of drinking water (and the unflavored kind to boot). So MR, Zin, SS, C2, etc will have to hit direct topic.
Oh, those smoothies. I had a classmate back in elementary school (couple of sleepovers at her place) whose mother had one living with her. Not really sure what her mom put in him a few weeks later, but my friend said he finally left for good. Retrospectively, I can surely cross-out the content of a rock salt shotgun shell as being an ingredient. An overdose of ex-Lax maximum strength in a beverage or meal? Nah... Truth is, I was too young back then to even speculatively graze whatever adult diabolatry was involved...

Clearly it left a lasting impression, so I think you should locate this friend to see what may have really happened. haha
Well, plain ole water is fine, too. Now, just add a banana...some kale...ice...almond milk. . .
In truth, I love water and not a fan of flavored, either.

I buy all varieties of frozen fruit and mix it in a blender with milk and a few tablespoons of brown sugar. So refreshing and good for your immune system.

mmm Brown sugar. I haven't yet tried adding that, MR.
I recently purchased ''bone broth'' protein, pumpkin spice flavor. Normally, I buy vegan powders, but a friend urged me to try bone broth, and I like it. I might try adding cinnamon and nutmeg to give me that taste of autumn.
