Smoothie and post workout meals - Leigha - Nov 10, 2020 I’m into long distance running and enjoy a protein smoothie as a reward for a run well done. ![]() My typical smoothie consists of a superfood powder blend, vegan protein powder, one banana, kale, almond milk, small dab of almond butter and ice. Not really sure what her mom put in him a few weeks later, but my friend said he finally left for good. Retrospectively, I can surely cross-out the content of a rock salt shotgun shell as being an ingredient. An overdose of ex-Lax maximum strength in a beverage or meal? Nah... Truth is, I was too young back then to even speculatively graze whatever adult diabolatry was involved... I recently purchased ''bone broth'' protein, pumpkin spice flavor. Normally, I buy vegan powders, but a friend urged me to try bone broth, and I like it. I might try adding cinnamon and nutmeg to give me that taste of autumn. |
