No, there's legit questionable votes, including dead people, people who have moved from that state they voted in, unverified identities, etc.. You're ignorant if you think most the suits are getting thrown out.

There are scenario's where politics might be different between spouses, for instance if the woman in question happened to be republican and didn't like her husband voting democrat, she could possibly of mailed in the vote just to do something to spite the husband etc.

That means yes you could have a fraudlent vote, but the conditions as to why it was fraud is something that can only be discovered on investigation and it might not be as clean cut as you might initially percieve (In this instance it could be proven to be a a Republican evil intent ).

Women in the US tend to vote Democrat more than men (due to Democrat appeals to emotion), so the odds of fraud in Trump's favor are exceedingly low. And as I said, Republicans in general are far less likely to think the ends justify committing felonies to cheat.
