LOL. He's crossed paths with Weijia Jiang before, a little over 3 weeks ago when he berated her to "Keep your voice down". I wouldn't be surprised if he initially got her confused in that one with the Phoenix TV reporter from Hong Kong on April 6, who he inquired if she "was working for China". Because he asked Jiang "Who are you with? Who are you with?"
