Quote:Your attitude determines your reality. So if accepting being at the mercy of your circumstances is "liberating", it's only because it doesn't require anything of you. You can just continue to use your circumstances as an excuse for why you don't do better. You just have the same mediocre life as the effort you put into it.

That's a hateful excuse to blame people for the circumstances of their lives. Why do you get off on that? Are people beholden to you to become a certain way just to please you? No they aren't. They have only to pursue what makes them happy in life with the cards they are dealt. There is no obligation to be anything but who they are and choose to be. Because nobody chooses the circumstances they are born into. And nobody owes you an explanation for anything in how they live their lives. Concern yourself with your own life and happiness and quit judging people you don't even know.

No, that's just the reality when people aren't proactive in improving their own lives. They blame their own circumstances for their lot, as justification for their own inaction. Zero outside blame or judgement required. I'm sure I've posted this before, but it apparently bears a repeat.

No one has to be at fault for their own life and choices to be their responsibility.

People are free to be as miserable as they like. I wish they wouldn't, but that's their prerogative. But I will remind people that things can be better. Even if, like you, they are far too busy berating any view that might undermine the excuses they make to themselves for why they are miserable. If people think being at the mercy of their circumstances is happiness, it's a very pale comparison to the real thing.

And only those who fear that the judgements of others may be right have such a strong, negative reaction to the possibility. At least their subconscious knows that there are things they are not doing which could improve their lives. And yes, the idea can be upsetting enough to rage against and try to quell the cognitive dissonance so keenly felt.

The reality is nobody pays attention to idiots like you who seek only to judge and blame others for not being who you expect them to be. Your opinions don't matter because they are ignorant and self-serving attempts to belittle and denigrate others. If that's what gets you off, fine,. That's your psychopathic mode of being happy I guess. But don't expect anyone to take you seriously. Nobody owes you anything. They have only to find their own happiness and peace in their own lives the best they can.

The reality is idiots like you don't pay attention to anything that may threaten the excuses you make to yourself for your shitty life. Your hateful defensiveness doesn't matter because everyone sees right through your ignorant and self-serving attempts to belittle and denigrate others. If that's what you need to feel safe, fine. That's your pathetic excuse for not being happy. But don't expect anyone to pity you for choices you've made. Nobody owes you anything. They only have to find their own happiness and and ignore hateful people like you.

You're apparently oblivious to your own projection. You took an innocuous post and judged it "insane". You then took simple facts, about how many people believe in reincarnation and souls, and judged all those people as "pernicious and superstitious".

You're the hatemonger here. You just skulk around looking for your next excuse to spew your vile, and then you either have the gall or self-deception to pretend that anyone other than you started it. As I said, "People are free to be as miserable as they like." And by how much you judge others, I must have been spot on about your miserable life.

If you're just going to adapt to your circumstances, do a better job. You shouldn't have these kinds of personal demons if you're successfully pursuing happiness.

Don't Take Anything Personally. Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering. Don Miguel Ruiz

LOL Spoken like a true faultfinder that doesn't know shit about the person they're judging. You really can't help yourself can you? You literally thrive on demeaning and belittling people. Like the quote said, if you weren't so miserable yourself, you wouldn't need these pathetic fantasies of other people being such miserable losers. Get a life man. Because every projected insult you hurl only makes your own self-hatred the more obvious.

Go reread this thread. You were the one who started the insults and demeaning. I've only given you what you dished out. And everyone who reads it knows this is true. The only one you're fooling here is yourself.

Right. It's all my little old fault your such a prick here nobody wants to talk to you. You're the one who takes a sick pleasure in always putting people down. It's all you do Syne. It's your modus operandi. No wonder you hate yourself so much. I would too if I were you.

It's your fault that you presume the innocuous opinions of others have hateful intentions when there's zero evidence of that other than your own projection and assumptions. And you sure talk to me a lot for claiming no one wants to. Granted, I know you really can't help it...feeling insecure and defensive as often as you obviously do. I simply disagree with people, and put them down once they instigate it. You're self-deluded if you can't simply reread threads like this and see your own hand all over starting this bullshit. But then, you like playing the victim, so you instigate and then pretend you didn't...so you can bemoan the unjust actions of others. It's all projection.

You'll notice how I don't feel any need to claim you hate yourself. Those who do are much more likely to be projecting their own self-loathing...and often, that's all you seem to have left to resort to. Your MO is projecting, which includes everything you attribute to others.
