Wow! That’s almost like split brain syndrome. How is that even possible?

I wonder if she could type or write two completely different sentences at the same time.

Quite a few people can write the same sentence simultaneously but here’s a woman that can write them in two different languages and in two different directions. I wonder if it's impossible to do with different sentences and subject matters.

Tempted to say it surely would take full-blown "equal at any task" ambidexterity to do that. But since only a small percentage of people come naturally equipped that way, with the rest achieving it via learning and practice, perhaps it could be limited to certain undertakings.

A righty or lefty can play different lines of music at the same time (that harmonize with each other) on keyboard instruments or even a guitar and some other stringed instruments. But you certainly don't acquire general ambidexterous ability afterwards via that. Chet Akins had a cheap gimmick where he'd play two tunes at the same time, but accordingly it was fixed pattern to ensure they meshed well. Whereas the double drawings and writings of these women is probably improvised on the spot, or at least something they don't always do exactly the same way if they did engage in repeat demonstrations.
