The other night I experienced astral projection for the first time, it's similar to a dream except the wavefunction plays a special role, What happens is the wavefunction leaves the body which is dependent upon it and almost instantly returns to it. I awoke only to hear the person in the video of what my friend was playing say something that corresponded with the events in my dream (or astral projection).

It isn't paradoxical. Since we exist in a form that creates reality we become reality in another form. It is simply a matter of reality coming before reality in two different forms. Hence we create it and it creates us.
