I need to check into if there are any scientific studies done about the Monday blues. Is there any science behind why we feel a bit down on Monday?

I don't really ''hate'' Mondays per se, but the day itself is a bit more dreadful than say Wednesday or Thursday. Friday, being my favorite of days. You'd think Saturday would be my favorite day, but Friday builds anticipation ...

Anyways, I need to check this out.  Dodgy

One more thing...

Nature bears long with those who wrong her. She is patient under abuse. But when abuse has gone too far, when the time of reckoning finally comes, she is equally slow to be appeased and to turn away her wrath. (1882) -- Nathaniel Egleston, who was writing then about deforestation, but speaks equally well about the danger of climate change today.''

I don't know of any studies but Monday is the day most people go back to work after having 2 days off so there might be a connection there? Smile

Looks intriguing, even though I'm having an anomalous stillness period devoid of reason, and can't apprehend how it's happening or what's going on. Glad there aren't any lawns in this building or on this floor. I might be fascinated and running my fingers through the blades.

I've never minded Mondays. They go by the fastest, with the days getting progressively longer, until Friday drags.

I agree. If you like your workplace environment in the least, Monday is the best day.
