Then I can only assume the reason undermines your own point. One would think that, with the number of people who don't find religion to be comforting enough to forego other pleasures (often including religious people who don't abstain from anything), you'd be able to make some generalized argument, perhaps merely informed by personal experience, as to why all these people don't belie your point. But seeing as you aren't, won't, or can't, I'll just assume this a capitulation.

Not like I wasn't expecting Biblical era findings. There's more holes in the ground in the affected areas than craters on Mercury. No doubt in my mind that the Bible has some historical significance, so I'm not surprised. Maybe one day they'll dig up Satan or God, that'll get my attention.
