Animal activists had a field day and one of the groups was of the opinion that the killing of Cecil was justified. Is it a classic Catch 22, advocating the reduction of prey animal deaths by killing the predator?
Predator and prey (of a sort somewhere?) part of the same team now when it comes to the sacred status of "endangered".
Don't know if Cecil's death contributed anything directly to "African Lions Finally Gain Endangered Species Act Protection", but like consternation over a terrorist act stimulating better integration of domestic security agencies, surely didn't hurt the passage.

Zoological hate speech. Immigrants are always a blessing. No distinction between illegals and legals anymore on the Outrage Channel, so don't stick bunnies and toadies with the disparaging label, you wildlife fascists.
