Same old Demon parasitically preying on me for past 2 years until I struck fear...

Hello,

From a non-visible distance, every time I enter "that dimension", a demon's behavior runs parallel to my thoughts and the noises it makes in my home from a non-visible distance. I can hear it, but I do not see it. However, using the influence of my mind, I am able to "send it packing" complete with demonic human sounds of regret and angst and yearning. Anyhoo, I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not assertive prayer is enough to send it packing straight back to Hell once and for all.

P.S. I did a Yoga-like pose and the demon got angry.

Just as long as entering "that dimension" doesn't equate to a Bates Motel type amnesia / blackout back in the everyday world, where Norman's own demon DID version of his mother preyed on possession of his body in the name of protecting him. Wink

Q.E.D. the OP.

You should seriously consider the possibility that you're experiencing auditory hallucinations. Hint: the voices never laugh or use contractions unless prompted to.

What part of what I said makes you believe that? There is nothing to give you that hint. It is 100% objective.

Hey Ostro....I'm just curious about something. Does.the mind/consciousness of a brain dead person go to the same dimension you claim to visit? I know what this sounds like, but does one have to be either temporarily or permanently brain dead to enter that special realm?

That would certainly be a "special" realm.

Yes it would. Think he has to be careful how he answers my queries. Regardless, I would like to know what the evolutionary advantage is for the development or mutation of DNA that allows for the body to be someplace where the mind isn't, detached from the body so to speak. The body, an easy target for any predator that might saunter by. Don't see the advantage and if that's the case, no advantage likely means it serves no benefit to survival of the species. Like the majority of mutations, destined for the scrap heap.

Mind-body duality would suggest that the development of the latter isn't causative of the former.
