Cosmic Inflationary Epoch

It is believed that the inflationary epoch lasted between 10^36 to 10^33 or 10^32 seconds after the Big Bang. It is also believed that the origin of our universe was brought on by Quantum fluctuations at the microscopic level. The significance of which continues to impact Physics on a large scale. My question is: Could these Quantum fluctuations produce other large scale structures post-inflationary epoch within today's universe? Or do Quantum fluctuations only arise in a void?

Everything being so "close" together back then made it easy to homogenize the cosmos. Everything is too far apart now (and especially in the future) for any radical novelties to virally affect the whole or figuratively re-set its instructions.
