I doubt Darwin Award winners would heed even the best education. There's little overcoming being born stupid, and legislation can only hope to treat everyone as stupid...negating a need for educatcion. But who really wants these people continuing to pollute the gene pool?

Family first but wouldn't business people and politicians follow? Wonder what would happen if the intelligent went off by themselves, ignoring the lesser intelligent? Where do you draw the line between the two? 

Maybe with the ongoing development of genetics, the future will allow for aborting the unborn not equipped with the intelligence gene, whatever that might be or if there is one. I only say this because my niece who is pregnant is about to undergo a test to see if her fetus has an undesirable genetic defect. If so then you know what happens next. People demand perfection so who knows where that may lead with respect to intelligence.

Your simple-minded straw man completely neglects the context that it was a comparison (between elective abortion used in lieu of birth control and elective sterilization used for the same purpose), and only YOU added the "state mandated" bit.
