many many years ago when i found it interesting, there was some inferance toward dogs having some type of mutation possibly from pesticides.
(found in farms bordering wild bush habitats in south america)
possibly ex farm or wild dogs(with mange) contaminated by the dna mutating pestacides and breeding and their offspring being what was brought in as physical evidence.
the odd pinkish inflamation of the skin with no hair and inflamed or over grown odd parts possibly related to commercially used hormones.

Soo... Your busy paying attention to the filming of a mysterious River monster, so the first thing you do as soon as you get it on Camera is.

A. move the camera so it moves the object out of screen.
B. keep filimg and start checking for lighting quality & focus ?
C. make odd movements of the camera to make it look very ametuer because you are producing a fake video.

it did occur to me that they might not have actually seen what was going on in the river.
considering the camera moves to the concrete truck yard.
the question is what were the filming ?
stationary concrete trucks parked in a construction zone ?
no zooming etc... im guessing the footage has been cropped.

probably cant find the original as what is posted probably came from a media station who cropped for news item hence the short loop & no consequential subject matter.

hard core cropping video of such events is very detrimental to the entire purpose of releasing it to the public in the first place.

additionally on the wild life marine animal front...
the thames would be comparatively polluted to a level of danger to most marine animals.
the only drive for such an animal to come into such a polluted chaotic water way was if it was very sick or on a spawning run.

there is a deep water fish shaped like an eel that grows to around (potentially)6 to 8 meters long which would freak most people out.
