A half-human, half-sheep from South Africa, sent by the devil according to villagers.

The local vet says that it is a sheep fetus that developed abnormally as the result of virus infection during early pregnancy and subsequently was stillborn.

If villagers are that upset about sheep and bestiality I think it is quite obvious local shepherds enjoy a not so glamorous reputation.

I'd go with the viral deformity. I notice they sit it up to make it look more human. Devil spawned denizens should be last on the list of possibilities.

The human mind has a very prominant drive to assimilate facial features to be human asa form of communication imperative drive for safety & group co-operation.
The less intellectually advanced the society the greater the hysterical uncontrolled reactions would be.
That not withstanding, China is extremely supersticious.

With modern plastic production quality it would not surprise me if it was a hoax.
equally i would not be surprised of it being a DNA mutating Polution from ground water contamination where the animals live.
who knows what level of DNA mutating pestacides the animals feed may have been soaked in for years.

note the give-away is the enlarged groin area.

Iodine deficiency in the mother goat can result in a kid (baby goat) being born that is hairless, often with a swollen neck.

ah ok. memory was touching on a probable pesticide contamination i once read about in cattle & sheep many years ago.
storys surrounding the

many many years ago when i found it interesting, there was some inferance toward dogs having some type of mutation possibly from pesticides.
(found in farms bordering wild bush habitats in south america)
possibly ex farm or wild dogs(with mange) contaminated by the dna mutating pestacides and breeding and their offspring being what was brought in as physical evidence.
the odd pinkish inflamation of the skin with no hair and inflamed or over grown odd parts possibly related to commercially used hormones.

all very old practice now days. farmers cant afford to throw massive amounts of god-only-knows all over their padocks and crops these days.

Soo... Your busy paying attention to the filming of a mysterious River monster, so the first thing you do as soon as you get it on Camera is.

A. move the camera so it moves the object out of screen.
B. keep filimg and start checking for lighting quality & focus ?
C. make odd movements of the camera to make it look very ametuer because you are producing a fake video.

D. Pan the camera away and then suddenly realize you just caught a glimpse of something and so move it back to where it was. It's called a doubletake.

it did occur to me that they might not have actually seen what was going on in the river.
considering the camera moves to the concrete truck yard.
the question is what were the filming ?
stationary concrete trucks parked in a construction zone ?
no zooming etc... im guessing the footage has been cropped.

probably cant find the original as what is posted probably came from a media station who cropped for news item hence the short loop & no consequential subject matter.

hard core cropping video of such events is very detrimental to the entire purpose of releasing it to the public in the first place.

additionally on the wild life marine animal front...
the thames would be comparatively polluted to a level of danger to most marine animals.
the only drive for such an animal to come into such a polluted chaotic water way was if it was very sick or on a spawning run.

there is a deep water fish shaped like an eel that grows to around (potentially)6 to 8 meters long which would freak most people out.

example of one of the average sized ones.
ive seen pictures of larger ones.
