Okay, it's getting closer to my Sisters launch date.  She decided to do a CD Launch (I know it's a little old school now considering digital streaming).  She eventually decided on a Distribution network, so the album and tracks/singles will be available on spotify, itunes etc.   The actual video won't of course be publicly available until launch day (11/17/17) however there's a couple of video's that actual go behind the scenes.

Most of my family does, not me, though.  My uncle played with this band before he passed away.

The others are all heavy rockers.  One is in a heavy metal band and doing quite well for himself.  They’re really popular and touring all over the world. It’s a hard core punk and extreme metal with lots of screaming.  I can’t even listen to it.

Alas I am no musician, however I did pick up a MC-303 to play around with, unfortunately the lack of cabling and absence of decent sound system means I can't really shine in that area.  When it comes to music/sound I understand rhythm, patterns, electro.  Music itself in its purest form is mathematics, and mathematics is core to Science (Well Physics at any rate).  So there might well be something that at least in electronica and the dance scene (Indeed I used to cut up rugs and boogey)

Back in the day I did get a few bands communicating with me perhaps down to the limited size of the internet or the nature of what we spoke of on The-park.com or fortunecity.com (incidently, Fortunecity.com is now parked on some random site, back in it's day it was a rival of Geocities.com and was even floated on the London Stock exchange with it's initial/main office in a old pub, it shows how times change.)

Most of my family does, not me, though.  My uncle played with this band before he passed away.

One of my sisters previous bass guitarists (Summa Cum Laude) was apart of a defunct Thrash band called "Then Kame Silence", most of their works was just loud hollering and screaming, apart from the one track that could of made something entitled  "I'm the Harlequin", although I might be a little biased because of the weird and wonderful Harlequin (PI firm or government contractor?) conspiracy that I felt existed at a given time point.  In any event, the band went their many ways, although Pete (Who is literally a Legend for his drumming capabilities) still haunts Earth Studios in Norwich, UK as a studio drummer.

I've been around musician's for a while, I guess I still not entirely sure what I'm suppose to do as a non-musician.

Well, Yazata posted a link to the work of Peter Godfrey-Smith in the topic about Octopuses.  He had a link to an essay on music, which I found interesting. It seems like Vevo, YouTube, and Google Play are doing well, but the artists, not so much.
