VIDEO INTRO: The rumors, the murmurings of an early general election are not going away. In fact, they're ramping up again to the point where I'd be pretty surprised if the next general election isn't called until 2029.
But before I get to what people are saying... You have to look at the state of the country in terms of taxpayers being ripped off time and time again. British taxpayers now are being shafted to the platoon of billions of pounds a year in unpaid student loan debt.
One in five student loans for some reason are now going to foreigners. Romanians accounting for one in 20. And you're seeing here unpaid student loan debt costing UK taxpayers between 1.2 and 2.2 billion each year. Foreign students are 25% less likely to repay their loans.
And a situation of course where the welfare budget in this country is utterly out of control. And as ever Labour want people to stump up even higher taxes to fund what is fundamentally an unfair system...
The latest poll had both Labour and the Conservatives down and Reform in first place. And so others are now pointing out that they think the chance of an early election is very possible indeed...
