Quote:Teaching a 6-year-old about sexuality and gender is inappropriate at that age and "desensitizes them to sexual content."

Ok..so it isn't grooming now but is just inappropriate. Again, how is a child knowing about sexuality "inappropriate"? If it desensitizes them just to know about it why doesn't it desensitize them as teens to know about it? Do you think just knowing about something makes children want to do it? Does just knowing about sex make you want to do it? What about murder or stealing or drugs or people getting beat up? Are kids somehow scarred for life knowing about these too? How does knowing about the birds and the bees suddenly make children want to fuck? Any studies on this? And who decides at what age kids should finally be clued in on all this? You? The church? The State? The Republican Party?

Quote:This gets the child accustomed to adults talking about sex at a very early age.

They get used to it anyway. It's everywhere both explicitly and implicitly in our culture. In movies and the news and books and in history and in biology and nature shows and TV shows and online and commercials and among all their friends. Every child is innately curious about it. Hiding it from them and making them feel ashamed for wanting to know about it does more damage than just telling them about. It not only makes your own kids end up hating and distrusting you, it creates a false mystique around the topic that only spurs their interest all the more. There's simply no evidence that information about something real and deeply personal to every one damages anybody. Knowledge is a good thing at all ages. The fear and shame enforced delusions of religion do more damage to kids than sex ever could.

It's age-inappropriate because it primes a child for grooming.

6-year-old, sicko.

I said desensitizing a child to talking about sexuality with an adult.
Literacy is amazing!

Sexuality is a broad term encompassing how we experience and express ourselves as sexual beings.

Do you think a 6-year-old needs to know how you "experience and express" yourself as a "sexual being"? @_@
Adults have no business talking about their own experience and expression as a sexual being even with a teen.

Everyone is curious about anything portrayed as pleasurable or enriching, and that includes sex, stealing, and drugs.

Quote:How does knowing about the birds and the bees suddenly make children want to fuck?
See, you even sound like a groomer. Who puts those words together in that order? @_@
Desensitizing children to adults talking about "sexuality and gender" (which is more than just the birds and the bees) sets them up for grooming.

Quote:And who decides at what age kids should finally be clued in on all this? You? The church? The State? The Republican Party?
The parents. Why isn't that obvious?

Only if the parents allow it.

And parents should explain things, at an appropriate age. But telling your child about your own, personal sexuality is still perverse, at best.
It shouldn't be teachers, pushing gender ideology and telling children to keep secrets about it.

But I really don't expect you to understand any of this. How could you?

You haven't explained how merely telling kids about sexuality grooms them in anything. There's simply no evidence a child's knowledge about sex makes them want to do it, much less with an adult.

Quote:6-year-old, sicko.

So after age 6 it's ok for them know what sex is? What about all this BS about them being groomed just by knowing about sex?

Quote:I said desensitizing a child to talking about sexuality with an adult.

How is a kid desensitized to sex simply by having it explained to them? Once again it raises the issue of how even parents should talk them about sex since they are adults and that would by your definition be grooming them to fuck.

Quote:Do you think just knowing about something makes children want to do it? ...Every child is innately curious about it.9_9

Children have no sexual desire, not until puberty. So your claim that they are prone to having sex just by knowing about it is total BS. In fact from what I remember about knowing about sex as a child I was totally disgusted by it. Children are asexual beings and have no sex drive at that age.

Quote:Everyone is curious about anything portrayed as pleasurable or enriching, and that includes sex, stealing, and drugs.

Curiosity is provoked by topics that are always being hidden from you. The prudes who want to forbid all knowledge or discussion about sex among kids only make it more tintillating to them by making it taboo. It has nothing to do with whether they take pleasure in it. Remember, kids lack that ability until puberty. The same happens with drugs. Kids only get interested in it because parents refuse to even broach the subject with them.

Quote:Desensitizing children to adults talking about "sexuality and gender" (which is more than just the birds and the bees) sets them up for grooming.

Studies? Or is this more BS you just pulled out your ass?

Quote:The parents. Why isn't that obvious?

So adults who happen to be parents who talk to kids about sex are somehow NOT grooming them while any other adults and even fellow students who talk to them about sex ARE grooming them. LOL You live in a warped little fantasy world.

Quote:Only if the parents allow it.

So parents exposing their kids to sex topics is always ok even though adults exposing kids to sex topics is defined as grooming them and desensitizing them? You're making no sense.

Quote:And parents should explain things, at an appropriate age. But telling your child about your own, personal sexuality is still perverse, at best.

Backpedaling again. So now it ISN'T just adults talking about sexuality and gender to kids but talking about THEIR sexuality to kids. I thought it was the whole topic of sexuality that should be banned from school discussion. Isn't that what you were arguing for?

Quote:It shouldn't be teachers, pushing gender ideology and telling children to keep secrets about it.

Gender isn't an ideology. It's a fact of human nature and should be as openly discussed without censorship as any other aspect of human nature is. We send kids to school to get educated, not enslaved by shame and ignorance.

Since you don't seem to be capable of understanding the distinction between sex and sexuality, this is completely pointless.
Do you're little self-congratulating proclamation of victory and pat yourself on the back.

Yeah...you lost this one posts ago. Maybe you should look up the definitions of words before trying to argue about them.
