Ooo..the same SCOTUS that decided slavery was ok and abortion? Seems you cherry pick what cases serve your personal whim. Thankfully the law of the land doesn't dictate what is ethical.

Can't be a threat if it wasn't specifically sent to the one being threatened. Just saying you want to do something isn't a threat either, particularly in a song lyric. It's just an expression of your own desires as a character in a song. And hell, there is nothing threatening about merely wanting something, and no statement of intent or planning out that could be taken as a threat either. The court fucked this one up.

Syne insists past behavior is a good indicator of present behavior. When it is an overwhelming compulsion or habitual, I agree. Here's Trump's own sordid history of vindictive prosecutions/firings and the petty weaponizing of the DOJ since 2025:
AI Overview:
"Following his return to office in 2025, Donald Trump’s administration has been linked to a sweeping campaign of retribution, targeting political opponents, critics, and federal officials with investigations and prosecutions. Over 470 targets were identified, including former officials like James Comey, Rep. Adam Schiff, and John Bolton.
Key Aspects of Retaliatory Actions (2025-2026):
Targeted Prosecutions: The Department of Justice (DOJ) under Trump has faced accusations of vindictive prosecution against figures like former FBI Director James Comey and NY Attorney General Tish James. Critics argue these are personal vendettas, with charges often filed by politically aligned, inexperienced appointees.
Targeting Critics: Retaliation has extended beyond individuals to include Democratic-led cities and officials who challenged the administration, utilizing investigations to penalize them.
DOJ Overhaul: The administration saw an overhaul of the DOJ, with an estimated 230+ lawyers and agents fired or leaving due to their work on specific cases or previous criticism of Trump.
Retaliation Tracking: Reports, such as those fro Reuters, highlight that this campaign includes freezing federal funds, threatening investigations, and, in some cases, the dismissal of federal employees who opposed him.
These actions have prompted numerous legal motions alleging selective and vindictive prosecution, with some cases initially faltering due to the illegal appointment of prosecutors."

Ooo..the same SCOTUS that decided slavery was ok and abortion? Seems you cherry pick what cases serve your personal whim. Thankfully the law of the land doesn't dictate what is ethical. No, it's the latest legal precedent. That's what currently defines the law and legal terms, like "true threat."
I'm not surprised you're so ignorant that you don't understand that.... even after I've explained it to you.
You're not even smart enough to realize the simple fact that you dismissing SCOTUS also undermines your own arguments citing case law.
Unmitigated dumbass.

I've already corrected this ignorance of yours. Repeating it just proves how stupid your are.
I don't mind you shitting on Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan... and siding with Clarence Thomas.

No it isn't dumbass. It's exactly what's happening now in this case. It's why the case will probably not even be heard in court. Everybody knows this shit about Trump.

Yeah, that's the only part I assumed you'd have the nerve to reply to. 9_9
Whataboutism is a deflection tactic and logical fallacy where an accusation is answered with a counter-accusation, shifting focus from the original issue to a opponent's supposed hypocrisy. Commonly used in politics and daily disputes, it serves as a distraction strategy, often using the phrase "but what about..." to shift blame rather than engaging in constructive dialogue.
Whataboutism is not always the same accusation. While it often involves pointing to a mirror-image offense (e.g., "I lied, but you lied too"), it can also involve shifting to entirely unrelated or vastly different issues to deflect blame.

Nope..Can't be a distraction when it refers to precisely the case we're talking about.

You pretty much repeat the "illiterate" accusation with every post now. Which is just a mouth sound you make when you've been rebutted. Prove I'm illiterate or admit you're a liar..

You prove it THAT constantly. Even when I explain why, and you never learn. Whether it's the Dunning-Kruger effect, delusion, manufactured reality of a pathological liar, functional or actual illiteracy, it really doesn't matter.
I'll proven you have no idea what simple English means so many times that it's pathological that you cannot even recognize it.

You don't even know the definition of the insults you hurl. "Illiterate" means I can't read. If I'm illiterate how can I respond to all your posts. Explain that or admit you're fucking liar.
