You wouldn't know a prayer from your own asshole. Fake Bible verses quoted in a prayer as authoritative validation of one's war-making purposes is lying and deceptive. Most real Christians have never seen Pulp Fiction and never would because of its violence and language. So they wouldn't even get the reference. They would only consider it blatantly blasphemous and confused.

It was an earnest prayer for missions, like the rescue of the downed pilot and weapons system officer. Yes, if evil people intend to kill our solders, we will absolutely pray for them to be stopped, by any means necessary. The Bible has many examples of God commanding people to wage war (which you obviously don't know, even while you lie about knowing Christianity so well).

Yes, people very often say serious things with some levity. It helps to diffuse tension. The sentiment expressed is serious, about combat search and rescue of soldiers behind enemy lines, and prayer for success is sincere. We get it. You never faced any real danger your whole time in the Navy, and you're such a hermit you don't know these very basic things about humans.

Many Christians have seen Pulp Fiction, even if on TV, where it's been edited for content. Like I told you before, many Christians do not follow every tenet or haven't always, especially when they're younger. Even once rather puritanical Christians aren't so much nowadays.
