SPICER: It's funny that this is all happening, for me, because I appeared on Jimmy Kimmel twice.

The first time [...] he had asked me if I'd come on the show. [...] Everybody thought it was okay, and I thought it went well.

[...] Then, when I announced that I was bringing out my first book, I called Jimmy back. And his executive producer ... suddenly became: "No, no. We can't. We got such blowback having you on last time."

And I'm like, "You had the highest ratings in four months."

And I said, "What if we did these skits with a couple other people ... we did some kind of funny thing?"

And the EP said, "We cannot be funny with you. We can't humanize Trump people."

It's just ironic that a group of people that were so against platforming anybody associated with Donald Trump is now complaining about Kimmel being taken off.

[...] HALPERIN: Dan, will Kimmel come back on the air?

TURRENTINE: No, the affiliates won't allow it.

[...] The other thing the Republicans are going to have to worry about is -- if over the next 18 months, there is an example of violence that perhaps is not convenient for them. They're going to be caught in an awkward space. And we may have one in Mississippi right now...

[...] The number one domestic terrorist threat to this country for the last decade has been white nationalists. That was true. The Trump FBI said it. The Biden FBI has said it. It disappeared from the Department of Justice this week. That study that's been there every year. That is not a convenient thing. If that happens, I expect the Trump administration to crack down like holy hell on white nationalists...

You do realize that a show can have different priorities than its network, right?

I do not support any sort of "cancel culture" for people who once worked for Trump. Such people were just doing their job at the time, and weren't able to express their real views without fear of reprisal. Unless you're like Megan Kelly wondering on national tv why black face is considered racist. Then maybe you should be canceled. lol

Trumps mentality to any form of media outside of his own brainwashing campaign is dangerous.

Trumps Truth Social utilises elements of Cambridge Analytica(CA) methodology along with the choice picks of feeds that are only pro-trump to forge a brainwashed environment. Thats why currently there seems to be the inability to have hard facts and "Truth", as it wouldn't fit with the CA methodology. ("Things needed fudging to make stuff work", from their perspective.)

Is it breaking monopoly rules by Trump having his own media network & associates, which are guaranteed to not be effected by any policies he attempts to make due to them being his (Where he controls the narrative)

It's daft that people can claim people were fighting for liberty and free speech if they are actually trying to lock that away using the creation of bastard laws (illegitimate).

Incidentally, Some groups that have supported Trump such as Q-Anon probably had it's roots in Cult groups, similar to the "Davidians" in Waco, TX. Such people would of have a complete resentment of the government, they would of portrayed them as "evil" as they could and would of maintained their deceptions to reach a "Critical Mass" in coverage where people start using their deception as truths. They would of likely supported Trump just to divide the house by having the opposition weakened, I'm not entirely sure though if they were intending on Trump sticking around though.
