Pulse club LGBTQ memorial crosswalk gets re-colored..

There seem to be a lot of imaginatively designed street crosswalks that may not be functioning as any memorial purpose or other social statement at all. But how one goes about getting them approved, and who funds and maintains them, is probably a government labyrinth I'm not intrigued enough to pursue right now.
