Palestinians do get out of Gaza in trickle-light fashion. Older populations from decades back are restricted and oppressed by the governments of countries like Jordan, and the newer illegal migrants (in places like Egypt) aren't allowed to mingle with the rest of the society of the host country.
Somalia and the unrecognized country of Somaliliand are the only African regions that would remotely be in a position to accept the wholesale relocation of Palestinians. But both would probably be evasive if directly asked, or outright reject without promised incentives.
Historically, the relocation of population groups has rarely if ever succeeded 100%. In the various "trail of tears" transplantations of indigenous tribes in North America, diminished quantities of members still remained in their homeland areas.

As for Egypt, more than 100,000 Palestinians have fled there to escape the horrors of the Gaza war since October 7, 2023. Displaced Palestinians in Egypt are in a precarious situation, unable to return to Gaza or legally integrate into Egyptian society. They face legal limbo without refugee or residency status, making access to education, healthcare, banking, and employment extremely difficult.

Some fly to the Gulf. Others have family ties in Egypt and settle there, or fly to Turkey, where it's easy and relatively cheap to get a visa. Some take Turkish smuggling boats to Greece. Some have drowned along the way. Many make their way deeper into Europe; Belgium and Norway are popular destinations. Hamas has arrested and interrogated critics and beaten protesters in Gaza, and Abu Sada says some Palestinians who make it to Europe seek asylum, claiming they faced harassment at home.
