Elon was a guest at a formal dinner at the White House tonight that President Trump hosted in honor of the visiting Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia.
In a press-availability earlier with the Prince, where several new deals were announced, President Trump said that tonight's dinner will be held in the East Room, currently the largest banquet space in the White House. Unfortunately, it only holds maybe 100 people, which means that the guest list had to be kept small. And the President joked that lots of people in Washington are angry at him today because they didn't get invitatations. And Trump noted that's why everyone has said for 150 years that the White House needs a large ball-room (which will also be a banquet room with kitchen facilities etc.) able to host much larger groups.
Anyway, Elon was one of the lucky few who got an invitation, so his stock is evidently moving back up in Trump-world.
Photo of Elon, NVIDIA's Jensen Huang, David Sacks (bigtime Silicon Valley venture capital guy and current White House AI czar) and a fourth guy I don't recognize (another big name, no doubt). All at the White House dinner, probably there to talk tech investment with the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia.

Had no idea the shoe thing dated back to 2023. Or I just forgot, which is more likely. (Kizik - brief history)

I've been wanting to share this for months, but I respected our friendship so much that I waited for it to be shared naturally. Earlier this year, I made custom @wearkizik shoes for @elonmusk and had no idea how I was going to get them to him.
By a miracle we made contact with Elon's right hand man @JaredBirchall who I flew down to Texas and gave the shoes to. He later gave the shoes to Elon and since July of 2023 Elon has been wearing our shoes quite often!
The first pair I made him had Tesla & SpaceX logo's on them, the second pair had the Cybertruck logo on them.
Thank you to Elon for giving Kizik's a chance and especially thank you to Jared, without you, none of this would have happened! Also, big thank you to those at Kizik who helped on this project! Here's some of the times over the past few months he's been wearing them.
