Under a different title: "Happy Together" (not to be confused with a sitcom of the same name that aired on CBS for one season).
It was actually syndicated on TNT years ago, too. Over a hundred more episodes were made than the 259 of the original MWC itself.
Don't know if The Turtles song was used as the theme in place of Frank Sinatra's L&M (surely not, or if it had any opening music at all).
Everybody across the world does their own commissioned retreads of popular shows -- the US especially, when it came to various UK sitcoms over the decades.
