Summer Pasta Salad
Fettuccini or spaghetti noodle
½ cup of olive oil
2 cloves garlic pressed
1 tsp of salt
1 pinch of red pepper
¼ tsp pepper
4 tsp white wine vinegar
½ of red onion diced
1 jar of capers drained
1 can of sliced black olives drained
1 bunch of basil chopped
1 bunch of spinach diced
3-4 fresh garden tomatoes diced
Combined oil, garlic, salt, and peppers
Cook pasta and toss with oil mixture
Put in fridge to cool
Add vinegar, red onion, capers, black olives and toss
