The amount of transgender women needing to use a public restroom at any given moment is minute. The amount of that small subset of the population that sport facial hair is even tinier. So it's probably not a big enough problem for anyone to worry about. These things have a way of working themselves out over time. To avoid conflict maybe they will shave. Or else risk being driven out by a bunch of screaming Karens. It's not like women everywhere are suddenly in danger of being raped by transvestites. It's just another sensationalist wedge issue for rightwing politicians to drum up support with. Like illegal immigrant murderers of white people.
