The Australian Space Agency plans a small lunar rover as part of the Artemis missions. It proposes to drive around collecting regolith (Moon dirt) and return it to a central analysis device in hopes of extracting oxygen (which is obviously useful for long-term lunar habitation).

American rockets will deliver Roo-ver to the Moon and American landers will land it.

Roo-ver puts new meaning to those famous Moon words …… ‘One giant leap’.

A long way from a jolly swagman camped by a billabong….they'll be Waltzing Matilda on the Moon if successful. I imagine Matilda was a popular name entry.
