Russia's and China's cyber warfare capabilities are badly underestimated, even in national security circles. In the event we get into a war, it's going to launch these kind of disabling cyber and EMP attacks that leave US defense basically a third world failed state, or the US military would mostly melt away.
If President Biden decides to make good on his pledge to defend Taiwan militarily, it's going to be a World War III situation. All options will be on the table, including a nuclear response....
