Why "Racetrack" UFOs are mostly Starlink flares (satellite community)

EXCERPT: "The pilots say they were not seeing satellites. [...] They are half right, in that it's not the common string of bright lights that we usually think of when we get UFO reports that turn out to be Starlink. Those are Starlinks just after launch. This is something different, Starlinks that are fully deployed and are only visible when at the correct angle to the Sun, combined with the illusion of circling. It's quite understandable that the pilots would say that these are not the Starlink satellites they are used to."

Mick West's explanation is ok assuming the pilots reported racetrack motion is merely inferred from a purely side-on view (merry-go-round at ground level). Not manifestly circling motion seen in plan view.
The now 'famous' former fighter pilot now airline pilot Mark Hulsey is quite adamant about the circling/high'g's aspect:

Has Mick West tried to explain the 'meteor that came in and joined the rest in circling motion'?
Dust still hasn't settled on this matter.
