This just in: reports of large explosions at Gangneung Air Base on the east coast of South Korea.
The cause is still unknown, it might be an accident and not a North Korean attack.
This is a South Korean Air Force fighter base.

Apparently talk in Korea is that it was a training exercise that "went wrong". Still no official statement.
