Earthquake East of Melbourne Australia

#1
Yazata Offline
Estimated at between 5.8 and 6, which is the high end of moderate by California standards but very large for Australia. Reports of scattered structural damage in Melbourne, but no injuries as yet. But the earthquake was centered about 100 km/60 miles to the east closer to a town of ~27,000 called Traralgon. There might be more damage around there.
