Hello,
This is my second attempt at solicitation.
I am hoping to convince at least one wealthy person that I am an impoverished genius who is motivated to change the world.
I become a real super-genius beyond anything anyone in History is capable of and I am in need of schooling but can't afford to pay. It is all online. I will pay you 150 (an arbitrary number) times the amount I owe in 5 to 7 years (a rough estimate).
Please come to my aid and you will become very wealthy in a few years.
Thank you,
Nicholas Hosein.
PS it is while high.
I came across this but I might still require financial assistance from any of you: https://www.building-u.com/funding/?src=...gJvi_D_BwE

If you were a genius, you'd already know how to fund your own education. Proves you're no genius.

If you quit smoking the hash you'll eventually save enough to study with and be sober enough. (Most universities do not want to have drug users as students, it's apart of their code.)
There is then the point of what it is you assume to study? There are plenty of ways to obtain finances legally through support if of course you have something that merits it (Although likely only awarded to sober candidates).
What are you're previous qualifications like? or you having to do everything from the ground up? If that's the case then people won't find it feasible (partially to do with drug usage), so theres no point making such requests as they would likely be ignored.

I can't recall the exact year that Nick was supposedly 38, but prospective patrons from countries who rank high in ageism tendencies should bear in mind that Nick is probably in his 40s by now.
This is certainly not a condoning of gerontophobia. We should all do our part to fight this growing menace that is hurling itself relentlessly against the senior population.
No, just alerting you ahead of time, so you don't get his hopes up and then suddenly dash them after finding out and then withdrawing support. This notice helps to ensure that only those practicing education beneficence without stipulating age-related factors apply.

Join the military. Apply for federal grants. Become a gigolo and find some rich grandmother. Become a drug mule.
1st couple steps: quit feeling sorry for yourself and get out from under your parent’s umbrella/support.

Holy shit! Nick is about 40 years old?
I thought we've been talking to a 20 something, at most.
Seriously, grow up, dude.

I'm still pretty good at the colouring in books, tying shoe laces and knowing what day it is but I sometimes wonder how much smarter I might have been if I hadn't drunk about £150k of alcohol over the last 50 years. Likewise dope isn't exactly likely to make you smarter whatever it might seem like at the time.

It's possible that he might still be 38. Depends upon whether Religious Forums updates the age of a member yearly after the latter joins (which was 2018 for Nick, at least as Ostro).
Of course, he could be a 20-something pretending to be older, but Nick was at Sciforums for far too many years (under various nyms) to still be in his 20s. Plus, that would negate the education angle: it's preferable to be younger in terms of remotely eliciting financial sympathy. Dropping a [false] age at various places that rivals Sonny Drysdale's 19 years spent as a perpetual sophomore in college would undermine that hope.

Speaking of 50-plus years ago, just don't tell the jazz players their improvising isn't really any better after several tokes. Not that they'd ever believe it, anyhow.

A Christmas exchange from the Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers:
