VIDEO EXCERPTS: The country is being bankrupted by this insane system where people work hard and in return get taxed more and more to fund a truly grotesque system. And as I go through all of this, just remember this is the system that Labour and the Tories are comfortable with. They both presided over it. They both had ample time to sort this mess out and refused to do so. So, they're obviously comfortable with it.

And even Andy Bernham coming in as the new Labour lead and prime minister had nothing to say about immigration whatsoever in his speech. Which is pretty astonishing when you consider its level with the economy as the number one issue there in the latest YouGov research and so many examples of how this country is completely and utterly broken.

You can see that there is a convicted people-smuggler living in Leicester and believed to be seeking asylum while working illegally. The ECHR madness that the conservatives refused to leave, remember that. And that Labour seemed very comfortable with means small boat arrivals arriving to the country illegally that is costing millions.

Three quarters of those granted the right to stay in the UK on the basis of human rights laws are unemployed. Three quarters. And 55% of article 8 ECHR claimants are men in their late-30s on average. And it gets worse from here.

You can see those using ECHR to stay in the country costing taxpayers billions of pounds over their lifetimes. You know countless other examples of this grotesque system in action.

You're going to see this housing giveaway of these new build homes that of course is infuriated locals. Another example how of the system at the moment is fundamentally unfair.

Labour dropping a ban even on those arriving illegally to this country from winning British citizenship. Extraordinary.

And the system totally breaking as the home secretary saying there is now going to be asylum appeals conducted by adjudicators at a time when the government is already failing to deport more than half of the illegal migrants.

So you can see just how utterly broken from top to bottom this system is. The system needs to be completely reset from the ground up so that the British people, taxpayers are not being screwed left and right and center as this madness, this farce, bankrupts the country.

I'm afraid JD Vance would take the US in that direction too, where both parties would be fine with bigger, more centralized, and economy-over-regulating government. In this interview, he claims Trump has already made the US economy more Hamilton than Friedman, and sounds like he'd like to move more in that direction himself. And while Trump is protectionist, which I don't agree with, for its own sake, he's not a full blown Hamiltonian, complete with favoring national debt, national mercantilism (favoritism), centralized economic planning, etc..

I think this path would lead the US down the same path the UK is currently much further along. So we can see the results. Not to mention that it is basically agreeing with Democrat economic policy in the broad means, even if it doesn't in particulars... missing the forest for the trees.
