Trump found guilty of sexual abusing and defaming E. Jean Carroll

Not even his own gerry-rigged SCOTUS would hear is case. Fucking rapist.

"A jury found Trump sexually abused writer E. Jean Carroll in a department store dressing room in the 1990s, then defamed her after she went public with her story, awarding her $5 million. Trump appealed the verdict all the way up through the courts. Not one Supreme Court justice voted to even hear his case, including the three justices Trump appointed himself. Combined with a separate $83.3 million defamation verdict against him, Trump now owes Carroll over $100 million once interest is included.

Trump’s response? Calling it a ‘fake case,’ claiming he’s never met her, and calling it ‘weaponization and lawfare’ against him. Carroll’s lawyer, Roberta Kaplan, responded, ‘His multiple efforts to appeal that verdict have all failed and today’s ruling ends his quest to avoid accountability for his actions.’

The jury did not find that Trump raped her. Learn what words mean.

Google AI:

"A rapist is a person who forces or coerces another individual to engage in sexual intercourse or any other sexual act without their consent."

Now trying looking up New York law. You know, the jurisdiction of the case. He wasn't even found guilty. He was found "liable" in a civil suit, not "guilty" in a criminal trial. There's a difference. Civil suits do not add to your criminal record.

Literacy is amazing!

Yes he was liar. That's why the Supreme Court wouldn't hear it. They knew he was guilty. Either he did it or he didn't do it. And the verdict is that he did. Piece of shit that he is.

No, you just don't understand basic law.
Liable in a civil suit, which is what SCOTUS refuse to hear an appeal to, is not the same as guilt in a criminal trial. Neither the original suit, nor the SCOTUS refusal confer criminal guilt.

Yes it is. He was found guilty of sexual assault which is why he has to pay his victim 5 million.

Again, "guilty" is something found in a criminal case. "Liable" is what's found in a civil case.
Basic law that you can't seem to comprehend, no matter how many times you're told.

But if you're determined to remain completely ignorant, that's on you.
