Right..Not knowing the cause of an anomalous phenomena means it is anomalous. Or at least a phenomena we don't know the cause of. So what?
If we do not know the cause, we cannot assert that it is ghosts, aliens, ectoplasm, ravenous bugblatter beasts, etc..

We can if we have a other evidence confirming paranormal phenomena such as footsteps in empty buildings, bangs on the walls, light phenomena, EVP's, voices from empty rooms, touchings of eyewitnesses, and moving objects.

What, other anomalous phenomena? So in MR's world, all kinds of unexpected and unexplained stuff whirls together in a magical vortex of some standing wave of probability that mutually reinforces what cannot otherwise be evidenced. Sorry to break it to you, but all this supposed "evidence" is just as lacking on known causation as anomalous EMF readings. You're just so desperate to see significance in coincidence that I can only imagine what lack it may be compensating for. Have you gone to see your psychic this week?

Once again you speak out of ignorance. Thousands of paranormal investigations confirm ghost activity thru documenting all the phenomena listed above. You just have to research it yourself, something you are probably not going to do lest it challenge your preconclusion that such evidence doesn't exist.

LOL. I've never refuted that such "evidence" actually exists. I have no doubt that anomalous sounds, sensations, perceptions, and EMF readings do exist or are at least believed to exist by eyewitnesses. But coincidence is not causation and cannot itself establish causation. You'd know this if you knew anything about the scientific method.

I know all about the so-called scientific method. We had posters of it on the wall in 7th grade science class. That's the last time I've heard it referred to since. Scientists don't use it. They use any means at their disposal. I'm not surprised you're ignorant of this.

Usual claptrap from the ignorant, whose knowledge consists of "posters of it on the wall in 7th grade science class". I suspect I've asked you this before, no doubt without answer, but do you even know the difference between data and findings?

Are we dealing with a kid here, just out of 7th grade? or is he baiting you?
I'm a little disappointed in ghost technology. I assume it's technology designed so the living can prove ghosts exist, not ghosts developing technology to do that themselves. Perhaps the latter might be a better avenue to go down considering just how bad ghost detection technology is.
Then again I would have to assume that ghosts can be educated. MR, can you help me on that one...... is a ghost teachable? I don't see why not. If they can bang, clank, boo, scream, fly, walk, talk, materialize, move stuff, etc. then why don't governments start schools for ghosts. Once there the apparition could learn the nuances of a modern society, including the use of social media which I hear some already know. What an opportunity to at least organize. Get them together to share experiences and in the end we all benefit, living and dead.
Poor ghosts, if the hereafter was a play then we've typecast them, created stero-types and formed prejudices & biases. Perhaps they just can't overcome the stigma living society has placed on them and are completely befuddled. We've created an ectoplasmic wall between the dead and living. Essentially the living have put our dead ancestors' spirits into solitary prison. The ghosts have responded by making themselves mysterious, thus creating threads like this one possible. Ghosts in the sense of a labor union, are walking the picket line.
I'm in favor of educating the spirit world. They're just as human as we are, except for being dead, and should be capable of learning. Tear down that wall of indifference. Let the ghosts be welcomed, show them how social media works and perhaps both sides benefit. Wouldn't it be nice to send an entire ghostly fighting force, equipped with modern weapons and technology, to a hot spot. Can't kill what's already dead.
