One of the hardest things to do is separating truth from lies. The second hardest thing to do is figuring out the degree of deception or how deep does it go. Evidence is the key IMHO.

Plenty of “evidence” of election fraud being delivered by Reps yet I see no “evidence” of an honest election from Dems. I see plenty of evidence that some News Agencies aren’t reporting or should I say outright dismissing fraudulent election claims. What has happened to investigative journalism?

If the Dems and others were going to rig an election then the time was right. I think COVID provided the best opportunity for voting fraud, the one time in history when it made sense to not vote in person. Who was going to argue against poll workers wearing masks or overseers being pushed away from counting stations? Let’s face it, most of us have spent the good part of a year at home and have increased our exposure to media in the process. Should the news media be carefully scrutinized or investigated? I think now more than ever.

If I was an American I would have wondered how a 78 year old political nobody got to be a candidate for POTUS. You can practically see the strings, just not who’s pulling them...lol

U.S. Appeals Court rejects Trump's claims of voter fraud..

https://apnews.com/article/election-2020...c564068df6

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — "President Donald Trump’s legal team suffered yet another defeat in court Friday as a federal appeals court in Philadelphia roundly rejected the campaign’s latest effort to challenge the state’s election results.

Trump’s lawyers vowed to appeal to the Supreme Court despite the judges’ assessment that the “campaign’s claims have no merit.”

“Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy. Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here,” 3rd Circuit Judge Stephanos Bibas wrote for the three-judge panel."

Are these courts truly digging into these claims? Just seems like they’re being tossed out rather quickly.

Time is running out, though.

The cases need to be tossed out quickly, to allow them to proceed to the Supreme Court before Dec 14th, when the electoral college votes.

Looked this guy up....I think Trump may have had a brain fart nominating him for that job. Maybe Donald expected a ruling in his favour, putting Stephano on the spot or is it possible there's a rush to get this to the SC and Bibas didn't want to hold things up, being one of Trump's boys. Did Bibas abstain from today's ruling because of conflict of interest because it says that he wrote, what about vote? Was it unanimous amongst judges? Doesn't make sense that Bibas would be in favour of this, thus my guard goes up once again.

But they’re tracking as losses so I’m not seeing how the SC will be able to change the outcome, if he has zero lawsuit wins?
