It's clear biological evolution cannot develop consciousness and minds either. But here we are. Funny how that works.

Quote:At what point did humans evolve disembodied spirits? Did demons evolve same way? If these did happen then I figure around the same time god(s) showed up. Seems like a connection there. You guys can argue that one.
When did animals evolve ghosts, like horses for instance? Same time? Whatever.
The only thing I’d like to know is when did inanimate objects like boats, clothes, weapons, etc evolve to become ghosts?
Quote:No, it's actually the scientific consensus that evolution did develop minds and consciousness.

Yet it still remains a mystery how that came to be. They don't even have an explanation of how the brain generates the mind and consciousness. So don't expect any scientific answers about how spirits came to be either.

Being a mystery is far from it being "clear biological evolution cannot develop consciousness and minds."
Just as you claim there's "evidence" for ghosts, science claims there's ample evidence for evolution. And just like you claim "the truth tends to be just one explanation," science claims that one explanation is evolution.
Starting to see the similarities yet, or still absolutely clueless?
I don't expect scientific answers about spirits, hence all the talk about God. But between God and science, you have offered zero alternates. Unless or until you do, it's one or the other, and since you deny evolution could do it, you're only left with God.
Cope.

So you are making the preposterous claim that biological evolution can develop disembodied spirits.
Do you even hear how ridiculous that is?
Quote:You think it makes "prefect sense" that purely biological evolution somehow developed complete independence from a physical organism?
Organism evolves and evolves and evolves, then suddenly, poof, no more need for an organism?
