There is no contradiction in Jesus being both fully human and fully divine, and you don't need non-classical logic to justify it. For one, why would those two be contradictory at all? You'd have to propose a definition of one that explicitly contradicts the other. Obviously this was not the case when the Bible was written, so you'd have to not only be redefining terms, you'd also have to be guilty of presentism. The real answer is much simpler than non-classical logic. God breathed the breath of life into man, which is literally part of God's divine essence. So obviously both can coexist. Between man and an incarnation of God, it's only a difference of degree. Jesus' body was obviously fully human, as it was killed, which an omnipotent god cannot be. And part and parcel with omnipotence would be the ability to limit one's own power, albeit temporarily.
