Chick flick and we’re just not worth the trouble.

Is 3 unhappy becoming one unhappy the same when filing for divorce except there’s a change in who’s the happy one?

William Nicholson even directed the film. So I assume, for a change, that the audience literally gets to see what the writer of a work would want for its adaptation to the screen. Barring any financially contributing producers leaning on him to make alterations.

C C, would you mind translating this? Is it supposed to convey some type of meaning between two or more members of the male species?

Speaking of chicks…

We’re having a girl’s day tomorrow. It’s besties before testes. We’re sneaking off for a hike
and then coming back to my house for some M&M'S.

Marijuana and Margaritas! Well, maybe. Depending on how our hike goes. Last week, we ran into a little trouble.
Yeah, he had to die because I didn’t want to sit with my foot in a chest freezer. Besides, he was in our spot.

I’ve only tried weed once before, and I didn’t really like it, but I made us a
German chocolate cake from scratch today, just in case I change my mind.
Who knows though, we might just end up playing a game of golf…not.  Big Grin

If you haven't already tried it, you might like Upload. Have a good weekend, C C!

LOL. Well, I guess it's fitting that a Canadian was the first to introduce it in here. Back in the day, the one I've got at home was so dependent upon facial expressions and arm gestures and frustrated sighs to indicate that he wanted to leave or never go in the first place that I finally told him the term just so he could get it out and over with quickly.

Geez... is that a rattler? Gotta' be I guess, if no other snake is venomous in California but the six that begin with Crotalus. Unless something escaped from a transpacific Chinese lab renting there to study all indigenous North American snakes.

Incredibly, like the coral snake, I've never encountered one (thank goodness for Countess Clumsy's health). Get right down to it, I've never blundered into any snake more poisonous than a cottonmouth, and they're supposedly just an interval above copperheads in toxicity (though they sure look and act like they are penthouse level).

Mmmmm... German chocolate... Mmmmm.

Yah, like MR says with regard to similar, I'm already too naturally spaced out to be supplementing such and going beyond acute AMS.

I've heard of ______ cookies, has no one introduced a cake yet? Maybe you've got pioneering work to do there. (Ah shucks, they have, a thousand times over. What was I thinking? As lame as feeling Gingerbread Nazis hadn't been introduced to the world yet.)

You too.

I'd heard of "Upload", but dragged feet in getting to it in time. For some bizarre reason I prefer to watch new comedies as each episode airs rather than binge-watch them later. Oops, didn't realize it was from Amazon Prime -- probably all released at once, anyway.

There wasn’t any marijuana in the cake.

Cannabis and Your Appetite

The last time that I tried it, it wasn’t fun at all, but this time, I was with my best friend, and I had an absolute blast. It was weird, funny, and very interesting. The time dilation was the strangest part. We tried to cook dinner but even that simple task was really difficult. We had to use a timer because it seemed like we had been cooking for hours. Nothing seemed normal, not even the amount of each ingredient.

Usually, we’re on the same page. I usually know what she’s going to say before she says it, but our communication skills were also drastically inhibited (pure word salad). And while we were attempting to make a salad, we couldn’t even remember what utensil we were supposed to use to stir the roasted almonds. Suddenly, it came to me...a spatulor! She said, "Do you mean a bachelor?" What? We laughed so hard when we finally realized it was a spatula. I must have used ten pairs of gloves while cooking. I kept putting them on and tossing them into the trash, not realizing that I didn’t complete the task. Even putting on the gloves seemed really complicated.

Her husband said that the effects would last about 2 hours. He said to take a just couple of drags. We waited for what seemed like a half an hour or so but still didn’t feel anything. So, we took 4 more hits. I think we did way too much because it took about 6 hours for the effects to wear off.

Oh, and the cake was really good. Here’s the recipe.
