Claude Monet, ''Breakfast''

Many artists are particularly inspired by gardens. I've been water color painting over the past several months, and I can see why...you can get away using a wide array of colors, and if you make a mistake, you can blend it away into another flower...bush...set of weeds. lol

I know, it's literally perfect. I like the extraordinary detail...the folds of the table cloth, the hat tossed into a tree, the umbrella on the bench, his use of shadows...it draws you into the story.

Unless they're a buff of retro and vintage eras, surely not produced by a zoomer or late millennial. I recall seeing an occasion where somebody's granddaughter struggled just to figure out how to operate a rotary phone, and perhaps needed some pointers beforehand on how to recognize one as well.
