Aw, confused, that's a nice perspective. Ya know, maybe everyone isn't out to get me. lol Sometimes, I can be a bit paranoid.

So everyone, I have a question relating to the Coronavirus. I ordered a koala bear tee shirt from an Australian based company over a month ago, part of the cost of the shirt goes to a foundation for the Australian fires. I tracked the tee shirt's whereabouts yesterday, and it's at a terminal in Hong Kong. How should I handle the package once I receive it? Should I put gloves on, and take the package to my back porch, and leave it there for 14 days? (which seems to be the quarantine timeframe for humans, so why not packages?)

Or, is there nothing to worry about when it comes to packages?

Nothing to worry about. The virus can't live long outside of a host or maybe sufficient moisture.

There's a big difference between buying a house (which is stressful) and having bought a house which is also stressful (last house purchase said nothing about the resident rat community we'd be joining) but not in the same way. I'm currently self-isolated with a sore throat though whether this is the result of excessive smoking as a result of house-buying stress or anything potentially infectious remains unclear. Mrs C2 is keeping the business going. I have yet to find anything Mrs C2 can't deal with. She asked me to ring her if I thought I was about to expire - I pointed out that I was unlikely to do that so better to call to make sure I was still alive before coming home - we have professional people trained to deal with ex-C2's. Happy. Healthy (probably).
In love.

A bit late to say but If you are really concerned, just make sure you put the t-shirt through a wash cycle when you get it.

Alternatively you could theoretically sit it under a UV light for a duration (I just hope it doesn't effect the dyes)

There is currently mixed messages in regards to the length of time that the virus itself can live outside of a host, from a couple of days to weeks.  In most cases though countries have been putting any goods movements into quarantine, so delivery times could take longer.

"The Bible" seems unnecessarily broad. Does the Old Testament really have to be included for consideration? Even the NT revolves initially around the origin of a Jewish cult that splinters off from the main, before barely opening the door for its transition to an overwhelmingly gentile religion in the future. Apparently Catholicism had to do similar, but the Protestant tradition especially set out to emphasize and portray the “Pauline gospel” as different from that of other apostles, absolving gentile Christians of Torah observance.

EDIT (addition): Whichever version is still around, the so-called Jefferson Bible ("The Philosophy of Jesus of Nazareth" and "The Life and Morals of Jesus of Nazareth"), sounds like it would be a succinct source for a gathering of people who aren't interested in quarreling over the specific doctrinal and occult trappings of denominational Christianity.

Ah, good advice stryder. Unfortunately, it arrived yesterday, and I wore it.  Blush
I've been reading/hearing that the virus only ''sticks'' to hard surfaces such as doorknobs, utensils, tables, floors, etc. But, it's better to be safe than sorry.

Trump banned travel from China in January, and people like Biden called him racist for it. As always, they're just looking to excuses to slam Trump. Even if they are completely unwarranted.

Yea, I thought this was the case but many Democrats are saying he didn’t act quick enough it dismissed it as a hoax?

He played it down hysteria-wise in the beginning because it was anticipated to wreck the economy he was riding on, as well as COVID-19 being cheered on by media and opponents as what would finally be his downfall in re-election.

But after all the other "political disasters" that were supposed to undo him failed, they still haven't learned that Trump and his talking heads are incrementally remolding this one into an opportunity. Rather than being blamed for virus apathy he'll soon be a champion of the other side's own overprotective propaganda via justification of rescuing civilization from collapse.

Yang has been in touch with White House intermediaries as they consider quasi-temporary basic income. Trump has always been a pragmatist rather than a conservative (he's donated money to Dems in the past), so no surprise that's even on the table for strategy considerations. Romney was making introductory gesticulations of the same ilk.
