The introspection illusion is a cognitive bias in which people wrongly think they have direct insight into the origins of their mental states, while treating others' introspections as unreliable. In case you missed it, that's not a bias about mistaking the origins of others' mental states, but is a bias about mistaking the origins of ones own mental states.
