Oceans not warming faster

From https://oceanservice.noaa.gov/facts/oceandepth.html
Average depth of the ocean=3,600m
From wiki
Coeff of expansion of water (at 1atm and 20C) =207E-6/C
Taking worst case uniform 2C temperature rise (with no corrections)
2x207E-6x3600=1.40m rise

In reality (for reasons you may want to discuss) I'd expect something around half that.
So is a rise of sea level of 0.7m catastrophic?

It does look like the real problem is likely to come from Antartic and other ice melting - which is too complicated for me to even guess at.
