It's nothing new to me. Unfortunately out of the hundreds of thousands of people that get diagnosed by doctors as Schizophrenia (hearing voices in their head etc) A fair percentage of that are actually being misused by their own or other governments through black operations that shouldn't be paid for by tax payers money.
The problem is that the medical doctors for the most part haven't seen such operations or have been subjected to the myriad of things that our governments have been learning how to do ahead of the Academic or Commercial sectors. I would suggest there is at least 20 years worth of research data on this subject currently hidden behind redacted paperwork. The good thing about striving progressive technological research in the Academic or Commercial sector at this time is that it lessens the needs for the governments to hide their research anymore.
that does mean they currently have data that can be related to being similar to some of the war crimes commited during the second world war (The various inhumane tests done on captured military personnel and civilians alike where medical research was conducted and that assimulated into the Allies medical journals. The "free" information gained from slavery and human suffrage.)
The problem is the governments have all this data that they can't make money off without "disguising" it as something else (Otherwise there will be Nuremberg Code questions being asked) and this is where I think the "Billion Euro Virtual Brain Scam" comes into it. (Think of it like a "
Braingate" in relationship to how the original Watergate conspiracy existed.)
While indeed there are Scholars, Scientists and Engineers that will legitimately be trying to make a real virtual brain for replacing human test subjects etc, there will be those that know they can dump all the research they have used on the backs of others that they have enslaved into the mix without anyone questions as to where that core information originated.
In any event I've not kept journals, I've not blogged, I don't keep records (I won't go to a doctor for checkups etc since those records would be accessed by the government). I do so because it really shouldn't see the light of day due to how any and all research gained through such black operations misconducted.
Unfortunately this does mean I can't hand people proof, but to be perfectly honest I don't actually need to. I'm not the one that is making a claim when a person denies what I've said, They are the ones claiming it's a falsehood without supporting evidence. The burden of proof is actually of them. (But that's a moot point for naysayers.)
