Butternut squash soup recipe

This is similar to how I make it. A great autumn treat. If you don't like peeling the squash, roasting it in the oven will take the skin off.

Butternut squash also makes good pies.!!!

Sampled butternut squash fries a time or two, so got to try this soup.
