CDC says 43% effective

virology change with climate change... (this is what i am pondering) along with the change in climate/weather which may alter peoples normal cycles. greater cold snaps mixed with dehydration hot spells.
swapping and changing of hot n cold wet n dry which may disrupt peoples normal processes of coping with viruses.

I'm usually about as confident of a flu vaccine as I am of a pneumonia vaccine. Which is to say, I try to avoid " sitting still and packed together like sardines" crowds as much as possible during the season. But some large meetings and indoor funerals are impossible to evade.
