Version with an arguably real narrator exhibiting a non-NA Anglophone accent:

This parroted article claims that scientists have been studying it, but there's no evidence of that beyond the yellow journalism outlets self-referring to each other: Traces of past civilizations in Kosovo have found a transformer which is 20,000 years

Ismet Smaili is claimed to be a photographer, explorer, etc. But difficult to find any profile concerning that name which doesn't have a WOT red warning icon beside it in search engine results. Ismet Smaili could be the actual Ray Santilli orchestrator of this venture. Or he could be completely fictional, with the real entrepreneur "onion-routed" deeper in the background origins of the story.

Both the ensconcing of modern artifacts in stone or the full-blown simulated petrification of them is a modest if not thriving industry these days.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antikythera_mechanism

less of a leap yet with 1000% more scientific fact...

the close up pretend high detail picture at the end that is blury seems a bit ott.

it appears to be a single phase current device. thus suggesting a dual phase massive device.

easy to fake.

if they were serious it would be xrayed & have close up high detail photography of parts where it will show actual machining technique.
