"Just when I thought we’d had enough of Richard Spencer and anything to do with his trash-ass hoard of hateful white people and we would leave him and the “alt-right” and Nazis behind in 2017, the Dallas Morning News decided to announce that he was a finalist for the prestigious paper’s “Texan of the Year” award.

It went about as badly as one would expect.

Now, the Morning News notes that Spencer, a noxious white supremacist, was listed as a finalist for the 15th annual Texan of the Year distinction for “his uncommon negative impact.”

“This designation is not meant as an award but as recognition of those Texans who had uncommon impact, which can be a positive or negative impact, during the past year,” the editorial section of the newspaper noted, listing Spencer’s claim to notoriety, including him being “the most recognizable white nationalist figure” in this generation, credited with coining the term “alt-right.”

Spencer was also one of the individuals who participated in the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Va., which ultimately turned deadly after one anti-Nazi protester was killed and several others were injured.

He has caused chaos on college campuses as he attempted to bring his hateful rhetoric to colleges under the guise of free speech, with his faction later suing those who would ban him from their institutions.

He is essentially that nasty rash that refuses to yield to any balm or medicine.

So needless to say, when the Morning News made its announcement, the internet went off in disgust and horror."

Until the left started calling everyone racist and counter-protesting white supremacists, the real white supremacists were an insignificant oddity only coming out occasionally to display their insecurity. But left-media fixation and counter-protests gave these racists a much larger platform than they would have ever had otherwise. Between making this guy a victim of leftist violence and attempting guilt by association with Trump and all his supporters, they only elevated the racists instead of lowering their real targets.

is he on a no-fly list ?
or maybe a free one way ticket flight out list ?

pondering, if he was a self acclaimed communist would he be labelled as a potential terrorist ?

i think the whole moral authority thing is a game of smoke & mirrors played by the industrialists to simply pedal their own ideological agenda.

if it made more money & votes for him to be a leftist Drag queen he would be told to be a leftist drag queen playing black face to what ever turned the biggest profit.

Texans arnt shy about stirring the pot & it gives them free media in a time where the political ideology is alt-right sepratist leaning which caters to thier outlaw mascinations of independance.

the right wing racist person who used his car as a deadly weapon to murder the anti-protesters....

who are you suggesting is the victim ?

right wing facist assasinates democrat protesting for democracy...
thats the real head line but it never got printed.
why ?

do you not find that a little interesting to see the manipulation of the concept of victimisation to validate the aggressor while using it to shame the actual victim... ?

it baffles me a little to see how this is pedalled soo avidly and accepted by the media consumers.
