It probably comes as no surprise that new hospitals strive in their architecture to look less and less like a hospital and more and more like a resort. Nobody wants to think of sickness and death walking into the front doors. Nobody wants to feel "boxed in". Bringing the outdoors inside, here's 20 of the best designed hospitals.

privatised elective plastic surgery has created a massive industry.
the average plastic surgery consumer does not wish to go to a square building full of sick people.

Took the 9th list for the 134-yr old mausoleum for the living dead to squeeze in. (jk, I'm sure it's dazzling to patients).
